Easy Guacamole

For me to stick to healthy eating, it’s got to be easy and tasty.
If you still haven’t heard, avocados are very healthy for you. So is garlic.
Here’s an easy and yummy way to get both in and feel like you’re having a treat.
(I buy all organic ingredients.)

1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic
Simply Organic guacamole dip

Cut one avocado into chunks. Slightly mash with a fork. Chop one clove garlic and stir in. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Simply Organic guacamole dip spices (or to taste). Refrigerate for a half an hour to cool (optional). Enjoy!

I eat it with these yummy organic multigrain chips, veggie chips, and sometimes slices of bell pepper.

Tip: I buy 4 to 6 not-quite-ripe organic avocados when they are on sale and store them in the fridge. I keep one out at room temperature at a time till it’s soft enough to use, then replace with a harder one from the fridge to use within a day or two.
